The Committee on European Integration recognized as such that harmonizes with the Law of European Union the Bill on Amendments to the Clause 2 of the Law "On Insurance" (regarding the Requirements on Introduction of Reinsurance only in the Countries WTO Members)

Bill (Reg. No6192) suggests the amendments to the Law "On Insurance" aimed at the broadening of the possibilities for reinsurance, in particular, cancel the restriction regarding its implementation only in countries WTO members.

The committee members declared that the Bill harmonizes with the Law of European Union and obligation of Ukraine in the framework of WTO participation.
